Without risk of boring you, having just hung up my wings from British Airways after too many years I am now following my true love in life, which as you may have gathered is being creative in design and baking.  I spent four years at Worthing College of Design before embarking on my flying career. It is only in the last year that I have found time to advertise my talents to you all.

I live in West Sussex near Brighton with my partner and my cat.

All of my cakes are unique in design and I look forward to being able to demonstrate my skills for your next celebration.
